Carnitas Tacos

Three (3) tacos slow-cooked, simmered, roasted pork, creating a beautiful alternating texture of softness with caramelized crispness. Finished with diced white onions, cilantro and cotija cheese. Garnished with lettuce, cabbage and lime wedge.
